Pregnancy Resource Center:
Located at 585 SE 5th Street in Madras, PRC provides support for both men and women. Many free services are provided along with options consulting, pregnancy testing, pregnancy and parenting education, a Mom & Baby boutique, diapers and formula, fatherhood coaching, ultrasounds, education with "Learn 2 Earn", referrals to community agencies and much more. Annual Community in the Park Event:
Many churches give back to our community the First Saturday in August each year by providing FREE services, including but not limited to… medical testing, dental check-ups, family portraits, car-washing, pet care, haircuts, beauty treatments, physical therapy, food & drinks and more!
LINC (Love In The Name Of Christ)
LINC is an informational hub that connects people with resources in Jefferson County and beyond. They are there to help with basic living supplies, food, clothing, rent/utility assistance (as funding allows), referrals to outside agencies and much more. Their office is open Monday – Wednesday from 10am – 2pm. They are located at 278 SE 8th Street, Madras. LINC is mostly staffed by volunteers and more reliable helpers are always welcomed. PH. Madras Shelter:
The Madras Shelter provides a safe place for men, women and children, and those needing assisted care, who are experiencing homelessness. The shelter is open from 6pm - 7am daily, serving dinner, breakfast, and sending people with a sack lunch. They are located behind Sonic at 61 NW Oak Street in Madras. PH. (458) 800-4208
